10 qualified surveys in your diary in 30 days. Or you don’t pay a penny.

We render your prospects’ actual gardens with your style of garden room before they book. They turn up already half-sold. You close 2-3x more often.

Or you don’t pay.

If we don’t deliver 10 qualified surveys in 30 days, the pilot is free. You keep the surveys we did get and walk away owing nothing.

What’s included in the pilot.

01

An AI-render funnel hosted on your own domain.

02

All acquisition handled - we drive qualified homeowners into the funnel.

03

Pre-qualified survey bookings dropped straight into your diary.

What “qualified” means

Five checks. Every booking.

Your surveyor’s time is the most expensive thing you have. Here is exactly what we screen before a survey lands in your diary.

  • 01

    Permitted-development screen passed

Height, boundary distance, conservation/listed flag, and overshadow checks confirmed before booking. The #1 reason surveys get wasted, screened out before they hit your diary.

  • 02

    Property owner verified

Landlords and tenants screened out. Decision-maker on the call, not someone who 'has to ask their partner'.

  • 03

    Garden envelope viable

Minimum 18m² of usable build area, side-access measured, level confirmed. Your style of room actually fits.

  • 04

Budget confirmed in your job-size band

We ask in pounds, not 'roughly'. If their answer doesn't match your typical job, the booking doesn't happen.

  • 05

    Time held in your diary

Two-step confirmation with SMS reminder. No-shows are replaced free, on the same SLA.

If a booking doesn’t meet all five, it doesn’t count toward the 10. We replace it. You don’t pay for it.

Your investment

£0 setup + £300 per qualified survey booked.

Pay only for what we deliver. If we don’t hit 10 surveys in 30 days, the pilot is free. No notice period. No lock-in. You keep every survey delivered.

Installers in the £25,000-plus tier typically close 1 in 3 to 1 in 4 booked surveys. At that average job size, the maths takes care of itself.

How it works.

Step 1

We render.

Your prospects enter their postcode on a page that lives on your domain. We pull the satellite imagery and drop your style of garden room into their actual garden, photoreal, in 60 seconds.

Step 2

We pre-qualify.

We confirm garden size, ownership, planning headroom, and budget before any booking lands in your diary. Your surveyor isn't visiting time-wasters.

Step 3

You close.

Your surveyor visits a homeowner who has already seen the result on their property. Close rates increase 2-3x because the imagination work is done before you arrive.

Why this exists.

Most lead gen for the garden room industry sells the same thing: a list of postcodes with a phone number attached. Installers pay for cold contacts. Surveyors drive to time-wasters. The acquisition cost gets buried in the close rate.

We started from the other end. The single highest-leverage moment in a £25,000+ garden room sale is the moment the homeowner first sees the room in their own garden. Until now that moment happened in the survey, after the surveyor had already driven there. We moved it to before the booking.

The render does the imagination work. The five-check qualification protects the diary. Postcode exclusivity protects the channel. Performance pricing protects the installer. Everything on this page is designed for one outcome: your surveyor visits homeowners who are already half-sold.

This is built for you if:

  • You install premium garden rooms, garden offices, or garden studios.
  • Your average job is £25,000 or above.
  • You can handle 5-15 additional surveys per month.
  • You're tired of paying for cold leads that don't close.

If yes to all four, we should talk.

Common questions.

What counts as a qualified survey?
Five checks, every booking: owner of the property, garden envelope viable (≥18m² with side access), permitted-development screen passed (height, boundary, conservation/listed flag), budget confirmed in your job-size band, and a two-step confirmed time in your diary. If a booking misses any check, it doesn't count toward the 10. We replace it free.
What does month 2 cost?
£300 per qualified survey for volumes up to 10/month, £450 per survey above 15/month (we take on more acquisition cost at higher volume). The rate is locked at sign-up. No bait-and-switch. You see the rate card before pilot day one, and the same rate carries forward.
How is postcode exclusivity defined?
By postcode district (the first half of the code, e.g. SW18, GU22, RG14). Once a district is taken, we don't onboard another installer in the same district for 12 months. If your service area covers multiple districts, you can lock all of them at sign-up subject to volume.
Where do these prospects come from?
Meta and Google paid traffic, targeting homeowners in your postcode districts who match the income, property-type, and garden-size profile of your typical client. We run, fund, and optimise the spend; you see the same campaigns we do, just without the spreadsheet.
What do I get when a survey hits my diary?
A briefing pack: the AI render of their garden, satellite coordinates, garden dimensions, budget band, permitted-development screen result, and contact details. Your surveyor walks in already knowing the build envelope. Surveys run 30-45 minutes shorter on average.
Do I need to change my website?
No. We build a separate page that lives on a subdomain of your existing site (render.yourbusiness.co.uk). Same brand, same look, just one new page that handles the rendering and booking flow.
Who pays for the acquisition spend?
We do. During the 30-day pilot, all acquisition costs are on us. You only pay for qualified surveys booked. The acquisition spend stays on us afterward at the £300/£450 per-survey rate above. We wear the channel risk.
Do my prospects know about you?
No. The whole experience is branded as you. The page, the render, the booking confirmation, the surveyor visit, all under your name. We sit behind the scenes.
How accurate is the AI render?
Photoreal. The render matches your build style closely enough that prospects often ask "is this exactly what I'll get?" The answer is "very close, with the exact spec confirmed at survey." The render's job is to collapse imagination, not produce architectural drawings.
What if I want to stop after 30 days?
You stop. No notice period, no contract lock-in. You keep every survey delivered and walk away.
